All costs are inclusive of VAT.
Shortages and breakage's will be charged at standard replacement costs
A 50% deposit is required prior to event to secure availability of your booking which is non refundable depending on situation within reason.
Balance to be paid upon setup. COD
Sound hire requires one of our technicians for the full duration of the event.
Please note some of our tents are waterproof and some are not.

Setup Fee

Setup Fee is not charged on our smaller Sound Systems.

Setup fee is charged on Tents, Stretch and Decor.
